Fall Colors Update
Everything is on track we are just looking for more registrations 
Hotel---Reduced rate for rooms expires on the 19th so reserve your room now.
Banquet--menu is planned and includes 3 entrees, 4 sides, desserts, soda and water, it is BYOB so be prepared. Facility would like the number of guests as early as possible so they can get food ordered so please register as soon as possible.
Entertainment---Comedian Bill Scott with be there AND there will be a second comedian joining him. Bill is hilarious and you can sample his act at www.whitebillscott.com
Security---there will be security guards at the hotel Friday and Saturday night as well as in the parking lot of the banquet facility.
Swag---lanyards printed with event and sponsors for all participants. Magnets for the side of the car for all participants. Screenprinted commerative cotton carrying(or tote) bags for all participants printed with event logo and sponsors. SHIRTS--shirts will be sweet this year. Long sleeve Hanes Beffy-T with our 6 color event logo on the back with sponsors listed below in color, a stripe across sleeves and chest with cut out logos letting shirt color through and finally will be a color other than white.
Prizes---Largest and 2nd largest regions will be eligible for prizes so get people in your region excited about joining us and register today.
As you can see this event is coming together and ready for you to attend. Please register as soon as possible in order to lessen any last minute confusion.
