Good Tuner near Geneva NY?
Just as the title states.
I was thinking of Rochester would probably be the closest and most reliable place?

Ask Shoes59 - he seemed pretty happy with the people he went to in Syracuse (Synapse?) and I've talked to a shop owner in Rochester(Redline) who recommended them as well.
