In my case I wasn't able to verify the previous owner took good care of the car as I bought it from a stealership, and I paid the price. Mine had ringland failure as soon I turned up the boost. Granted my car is an MY09 that I bought with almost 60K on it. All should be well now as I had the engine built along with a great protune done by one of the best in the business.

And as far as taking you for a ride A2, absolutely! Heck you can even drive it yourself if you'd like. And since this is the picture thread, guess I'll have to post another picture. This time I actually posed the car for the picture so it came out a bit better. Unfortunately my daily driver broke (headgasket) so I had to start driving the STi a little early. Guess it could be worse, at least winter is almost over. I just make sure I clean the salt off it at least once a week until these roads start to clear up. Since I only have my summer wheel/tire set-up, I also don't drive it if snow or ice is in the forecast.
