About how many miles?
What is the meeting time?
What is the anticipated completion time?
Where is the meeting place in the morning?
Wont be as long as the Fall Colors drive for sure. Much shorter. Details are still being finalized and I will have all those updates once I do the pre-drive tomorrow

So Tadashi, it appears you made it home in good time

I got home around 4:10. I made it to the end point and then explored some other roads. Lets just say I think we found the extra section we wanted to add

Ok folks, so here are some updates. I will have all final info that Doug asked about in one of his posts by tomorrow PM. The reason being Ellen and I drove the first leg of the route together. Once she left I drove the second leg and noticed that after a certain point, the route just got straight and boring with no foliage views. The original route was approx 81 miles.

Once I got to the final destination. I clocked time and mileage and drove back the way I came for about 12 miles and looked at two other alternates. Both of them are good, but one of them is better. With that the changed route should be approx. 100 miles 90 MILES. We are going to drive some very scenic roads with good views of foliage. Ellen will vouch for the quality of roads and scenery.

A shorter route, will also be more relaxing to people that are driving from out of town, considering they will drive a long distance to get here and go back. Mexican Radio in Hudson is where we will stop for lunch and I can assure you that you wont be disappointed with our lunch stop. Their Flan has been rated as the best in North America by some magazine or Food channel.

I will be doing another pre-drive tomorrow. Hoping I can leave early and get back in time for the start of the F1 Race. If not I'll leave once the race is done. Once I finalize the route tomorrow I will have a more accurate estimate of how many miles etc. and will share it with you.

Those that are in will enjoy it for sure. Those considering the drive, let me assure you it will be fun, relaxing and you will have a great time. Ellen and I also identified a couple of stops that we will make for pics

Aashish has planned out some great roads! Several very nice stops for photos as well, lake and foliage will make some nice backdrops!
