I had 5 huge white pine trees removed last month. All were close to the cabin, but the three largest were all within five feet of the structure. I'd say the average diameter at breast height was 30 inches with the two biggest and closest ones probably running 36 to 38 inches. I'm guessing the one was about 210 feet in height with the rest being about 160 to 175 feet.

I don't think the guy charged me enough.

Must be scary working in the tree business. Not a good choice for someone like me with my fear of heights

I got an email from Honda yesterday saying the Civic Type R was revealed at SEMA. I look at all the news sources and no one has posted anything yet. All I read about is that Honda has a big stage at SEMA showcasing the Civic models. I also found a questionable link that had pictures of a car with the Si badge on it.

I'm just hoping they reveal it soon. Part of me wants to head over to Mohawk Honda and put a deposit down. The little voice in the back of the head though says I should still hold on to what may be the last of the best NA Civic Si's with an 8000 RPM redline and absolutely no power

Thanks for sharing that video Levi. Sage Marie has serious cred. In addition to his day job he is a racer of repute. I was always under the impression that this would be based on the European platform, but this seems to be based on the new Civic platform currently on sale here. Should be a good thing for sure.

Hoping they also show the new Civic Si soon. I saw pictures at some link this morning. Trying to see if I can find it.

Shiv - ITR would be sweeeeettt! But its kind of like the E30 M3. I should have purchased one 5 or 6 years ago and they weren't cheap back then either.
