im cigarettes. smoked since around 11th grade or so...so a good 7 years...feels much better to not be addicted

Yea I need to stop... I started really young prob 8th grade then smoked for 3-4 years till about junior year in high school, then quite till sophmore in college, and started up again, stupid move
