The girl is obviously having a Manic episode.

My Mom's bi-polar and while she never acted like that, she's had her moments.
Unfortunately part of the disease includes thinking you don't need your meds anymore.

There are also thousands of people, who suffer from it, who can't afford the medication to keep it under control.

Hopefully this girl will get the help she needs, but chances are she will go off her meds again in the future.

And while it's amusing and incredible to watch---when it hits close to home--- it's pretty serious stuff.
