The game is changing and evolving and so is the medicine in pro sports. I think they are just reporting injuries a lot more and the sports medicine behind today's game seems to be more involved now than before. Lawsuits will do that to the league lol

Rookie Geno Smith gets the start. I say keep him in and have him work through the growing pains at this point. He needs some real game play. Simms can grow to do something and I am glad we got him over McElroy.

LOL I wouldn't be so sure. Jets will still surprise people this year. Once we get a couple of our defensive guys back by mid season we should be strong on that end. Offense .. we have some no name potential WR's and if our O line holds up our running game should be better. It's just a matter of having Geno do well enough to hold on to that starting job. We let Sanchez walk at the end of the year and have Simms as back up. Simms might actually have potential to be developed with time. We had him last year and he has improved a lot. I am hoping Spadola will show in regular season what he did in pre season. I still have them with 4 to 6 wins but with signs of life with such a young squad.
