Instinctively I would immediately stomp on the attackers face until he stops movin...but for all I know the man being choked could of just raped and chopped up the entire family of the man doing the choking.

LOL I seen this on theChive. Hilarious. I would call 911. How you know the guy doing the strangling isn't the good guy? Let the cops sort that shit out lol

Not knowing if the guy has a gun and could turn on you, I would just leave and call 911.
