[QUOTE=plankfarm,May 31 2009, 07:24 PM]You've got 'Mod Fever'.
Ask Ray (S~Factor) if it ever goes away.

No, it doesn't go away. You just get distracted sometimes but you eventually get the itch back to mod.

This week I did the following:
Apply QuietCar coating on the trunk and floorboards
Installed Alpine headunit and 2 amps.

Next week:
I will attempt to make a subwoofer box to house an Alpine type-E sub.
Do the ABS delete... if I have time left after the above.

This is on top of my ongoing wire tucking the engine bay. It just never ends, man.
it seems every week your car is in pieces and yet also looks sharp at every meet...lotta props

this is the first car i havent modded. i was heavily invested in my last car and am try to keep myself from burning my wallet up with this car. it helps when i have so many other expenses and goals to keep my mind and wallet distracted

There is hope over the horizon, I think I'm actually satisfied at where I am right now and don't plan on doing anything in the future (other then drag radials) with the s2000.

With my job starting up (and so the crunch for a house), I must start actually saving money

Not really. After marriage, I drove an Explorer for 9 years before getting the S. 9 YEARS!!! I'm just catching up on lost time.

Worst thing you did was join this site...

When i got this car i thought it was great, than you go to meets and you find yourself parking waay away from everyone as it's so emarasing being stock.

Driving back from Boston yesterday i saw a new Z4, thought wow great car but if that guy joined up on soething as intense os S2KI he would never be happy stock.

All i have to say is you can't, and that you only live once so might as well do it up to the max.
