I think $103k isn't high enough. Yes it isn't. Firstly they dont have a demerit point system. So its then just a fine. What is $100 to this guy who earns this much. Probably his son's pocket money for lunch. So the only way to make him feel it is by charging him something significant like $103k which to most of us seems a very crazy sum.

Why is he arguing? Cause he's feeling the damn pinch.
