Default **** pretzels and pop corn - final mall store :)

http://www.streetcorner.com/

anyone have one of these...???

what does america need? more lottery tickets, more cigarettes, more fattening chips, chocolate bars, more soda and more energy drinks!!!!!!

they wouldn't let me put a deep fryer or kettle cooker in the mall anyway...something like this seems like a winner compared to my other stupid ideas....

right now no one really sells any of that crap other than some soda and subway selling a few bags of chips... no tobacco or lottery or energy drinks.....

my only question..... do you think a "In line" (regular store that you walk into) store would do better business than a Kiosk? or a Kiosk better than an in line store?

thanks for all the help.... I was off in all directions but hopefully this is it....

Something with a external counter so people can walk by and grab something quick... and hopefully even pay for it!

Hmm, I dunno. There's a place like that in my local mall, but I never really see anybody in it. It's not in a high-traffic area, though. I walk by it all the time entering/exiting, but never felt the need to go in because I felt my needs were satisfied elsewhere...

I've seen those in high traffic malls and in all honesty, unless its in a location like a train station or bus stop, there's NO ONE in them.

For these stores to be successful you need to have a location in close proximity to where people tend to lounge or loiter (indoors or outdoors) otherwise they're likely to just get what they need wherever else they're going. That's what I've done, at least.

Rarely to I go in mall convenience stores unless they have a cigar section and I want to grab one or two, or if they have novelty desktop lighters to get people as gifts.

You sure you don't want a pick a "theme" and go for it? This sounds too "general" to perk the interest of the mall people...they want something different.

I think in an airport it'd make some decent money.. but they already have those in airports...
