What grounds do you think you would have for suing the management company?!?!

 

On what grounds? What do you think NEGLEGENCE! I am twice a victim! First time they acted like it was some sort of act of nature...huh. Not this time they have to learn from their mistake for having those gates poorly maintained. Residents at my community pay top dollar to have that secrurity but what good is it when its not being offered or maintained? They are liable for this misfortune. I am not looking for them to pay for my car but rather a settlement and not necessarily a cash award. Maybe a relocation at their expense wwhatever that floats my boat.
