that really didn't look like 1500hp....or even 150hp.

That is 1500 HP at 1 liter H2O2/second. Without knowing how much H2O2 they are dumping into that turbine, you can't really come up with a number for power output. And I have a very strong feeling they figured out the power output using math, not a dyno. In addition, the top paragraph says the wheels are geared down to 4500 rpm, while the bottom left caption says 7000 rpm. Neither place do they specify what the gear reduction actually was, nor do they say what the turbine rpm was at a given wheel rpm. These guys are obviously amateurs, and I don't know how many of their claims are on the money.
