Hi i wanted to know if it was possible to connect a subwoofer and 2 speakers to my laptop. Originally they were for my Dell and each speaker plugged into my sound card but my laptop has only one plug and i was wondering if there was anyway they could be utilized by my laptop.

 

The Aux out jack or the headphone jack (you may have both), should do the trick. That's basially your left and right channels, and most setups with a sub direct the frequencies to the sub that need to be reproduced by the sub.

You may need a Y-connector the splits the headphone jack into a left and right RCA if your speakers don't do that already.
