I disagree. If someone says to me "Do us this favor and then we kill you" and you know the cavalry is coming, I'd stall. Its obvious these guys don't know how to make the dohicky work. So if I am Capt. Computer, I would come up with something that makes the lights flash and the bells go off but does nothing. And I would not do it too quickly because that would bring the bullet that much closer to my noodle.


Keep in mind, these flaws are not making me skip the show. Its just like soap opera bad writing, but in a show where people get knee caps blown off and drill bits put into flesh. How can you argue with that?

He just folds under any type of pressure. I am ready for him to get knocked off so the Veep can take over. They want the prisoners realesed? OK. They want us to hand over JB so they can kill him? Sure.

Now my favorite part of the show is pointing out GIANT plot holes that the writers need to move the show along. I won't even mention the fact that thre bad guy got away after being COMPLETELY surrounded. How many times has a bad guy escaped on this show because they were unaware of a sewer tunnel? I think I have seen that ten times by now. You would think they could figure that out by now. Oh sorry......

FWIW, I'll give them the sewer escape, but I don't know how they couldn't track a helicopter! They can track a car amongst thousands on the roads, but they can't track one helicopter out of .... how many can be in the skies at one time?

Its fine if you want to allow the sewer escape, but I think the scene before that determined they were on the fourth or the sixth floor. Unless he went toilet diving down a four inch pipe, he had to get passed several people to get to a sewer. If you have swat coming in the front door and windows of an apartment, how do you get into the sewer? And a sewer escape happens at least once a season.
