The show is getting a bit old. I mean, how is it possible that someone breaks into CTU EVERY season??? It is the most unsafe place in the U.S. And every CTU director only lasts one season or less. And at least one CTU employee is detained and tortured every season. No wonder they have such a high rate of turnover there 
You either get shot, explode, die from radiation, from gas poisoning, are fired for being allegedly or really incompetent, or turn out to be a spy.
I remember when I used to watch at the edge of my seat. Now, every time I have to wait for repositioning of the satellite to catch the fleeing bad guys, I just feel like I've seen that same moment 10 times in the last 6 seasons. I agree with vader1 - they need to find new ways to refresh the show. Before this season started I thought it would be about Jack being held in China and how he would figure out a way to get escape back to the U.S. Oh, well. We'll see how the season ends.
