I agree with AOL being #1 on the list.

And I remember laughing at this stupid thing: #20. DigitalConvergence CueCat (2000)

I remember sooo many of those crappy products. The best thing is, at the time I knew they sucked, but there was nothing else available.

PS - I hope the earth opens up and swallows the AOL headquarters.

Iomega Zip Drive was great for a week and then becomes crap if you use it one time too many in a day.

I had the zip drive...and it absolutely blew, seeing as no one else around had one too. So if I managed to put DooM on one of my zip disks, I had to lug the whole damn thing over there, install it on their computer, and then wait for the crappy load times.

why did so many people have Jazz drives, btw? they had em in every pc at my school, and I was like WTF? no one uses jazz.

HAHA! Remember, it's "Jaz" not "Jazz" with Iomega. They were some pretty useless products back in the day. I can actually remember contemplating to get one built into my PC several years ago.

I used a ZIP drive for a while. It wasn't handy but it worked just fine. I still have about a dozen ZIP disks stored at home - full, of course, with no way to read them.

I can agree with the I omega zip drive. I lost some of my first internet $$$$$$ thanks to that POS breaking.
