My wife, who is 29 and I have discussed this frequently. She claims to be young and I rightly point out that she is approaching middle age. Young: 1-30, Middle Age: 31-60, Old: 60-if-your-lucky. Middle age is the middle third, right?

BTW, I'm 46 and each year has been better than the last. Don't sweat it.

I just turned 28 myself -- well I guess it was about 6510 days ago but it seems like just a few days ago. You're not old by a long shot...
