I think you would experience some sort of strange bodily activity from eating the same food over and over for 30 days. Whether it is a billion sticks of celery or a billion fries.

I'll agree with this. I guess that's why I find a flaw with Clay Henry and that Fat Jarad guy from Subway.

I agree...diversity is just as important as nutrition in a healthy diet. Granted, McDonald's probably isn't the healthiest food out there, but it's a bit unfair to eat it for 30 days straight and then use the detrimental effects to draw broad conclusions about the food. If anything, that study primarily proves that a repetitive diet high in fats is bad...nothing surprising there.

Not to mention that the impression I got from the article is this guy feasted on Big Macs and Fries, or something equivalent, for every meal. I don't eat McDonalds very often but I believe they do serve up some salads and other items a bit healthier than the diet this person chose to eat.

Yeah i think so also. Eating just a big mac is not cool they have those new vegie meal now too.
