i dont understand how they got awaywith it, but posting it no the net is probably not the smartest thing.
I thikn this stuff's hilarious, but I also could be an advisor, or even a future employer to one of these kids. I am not sure employers would hire these kids, if they recognized them.

Haha, that's awesome. When I was at UCLA (and I assume the tradition continues today), we'd have a hemp fest in front of the student center every 420. Lots of stoned students in class on that day. The hemp fests were all uneventful - campus police didn't bother us - except for one year, when one student got arrested (not sure why he was singled out). The festivities weren't anything near the size of the one in those University of Colorado pictures, though.

In answer to why they don't stop it.. Strength in numbers I guess.. If thousands of teenagers decide to do something, it's better for campus police to just let it go then try to stop it..
