That's right. My wife and I are having our first child, a baby girl, Wednesday at 8 AM. We're going in for a planned c-section. Many pics to come! I already have the baby seat set up in the QX56 and the baby's room ready to go!

A few of you guys I talk to outside the forum so this is old news to you but for the rest of you, I need you all to wish me luck! LOL

Here's a pic of the baby's room along with the guard dogs from ghostbusters:

Congratulations! You're going to have a fun few days...invest in some caffeine, and post up how you feel about changing a meconium-filled diaper for the first time

Holding your daughter for the first time - dude, be prepared for a life-changing experience...and it's 100% wonderful!

I hear dthe smell is god aweful. I'll already be back to work. I think my wife will be dealing with that. All my friends tell me how ife changing it is. I can't wait... Just nervous though. There's a lot of financial pressure when it comes to being a father, I just want to do the best I can so my wife can focus on the baby and not work.

Congratulations!!!

At first I thought your crib was cantilevered off the wall. haha that would be cool.

Gisella is a pretty name.

p.s. My kids meconium diaper came in the hospital in the same day they were born -- so you might be there -- but it really isn't that bad... I would rather change a meconium diaper than the one I changed 5 minutes ago. It was bad -- seems like diapers are a hit or miss some times they are not so bad and some times they are nasty! Ofcourse my little fat monkey is eating 6 bannanas a day (and he is less than a year old) -- I guess that has something to do with the diaper I just changed. haha.

Congratulations! I remember when I was going to be a daddy, before we lost it. It's a great feeling isn't it?

I don't know about anyone else, but those dogs are giving me the creeps.

LOL. They're good dogs. Reflection of the light makes them look EVIL!

I do hope the merconium comes out in the hospital so I don't have to change it!
