And some things that cost $1200.00 in 1995 now cost $39.95.

Gas and oil prices are typically too high. I California I payed as high as $2.10 per gallon for gas and as little as $0.99 per gallon.

Actually it would be $4.37. 100% inflation would make it $2, while 337% inflation would make it $4.37.
