That is sadly true and something that F1 is going to have to deal with soon. American racing is much better in this regard.

And for those of use who are already serious F1 fans it will be yet another opportunity to listen to the inept ABC announcers try to figure out how to pronounce the drivers' names, how to pronounce the teams' names, how to identify the cars, and a host of other complex problems.

I'm reminded of George Harrison in "A Hard Days Night":

"When she comes on the telly we turn the sound down and make rude noises."
