Default 65 Foot burnout in a Spirit

I just moved into a hew neightbor hood and to say the least we have cause a ruckus in my new neighborhood. One of my friends has a Dodge Spirit Turbo and he drag races in it. So one day we are driving through my neighborhood and he decides to do a large burnout and it just so happened to be in front of the house of these older people who have called the police on us for everything. They come running down to my house and they start to yell at my mom exclaiming that me and my friends did a 30 foot burnout in front of their house and they are pressing charged and the cops are on the way. So we go down to meet the Sheriff and he is very nice about the whole thing. The Sheriff knew that nothing could be done in the way of pressing charges so the cop gave him a warning and we went our seperate ways. So we are standing there talking to this really nice man named Jerry. Then about 8 adults walk over and they proceed to scream and yell at me for all of this and I just kind of stand there not really paying attention. During all of this Andy (The owner and driver of the spirit) is over looking at his marks and he goes up to Jerry and asks him if he has a tape measure and Jerry gives him one and Andy goes and measures his marks. While he is doing this the people that called the police come out to walk their dogs and they see him measuring and they go to him "What, did your mom want the exact measurments and Andy says back to them " I knew that it was more than 30 feet, 65 to be exact". The people gave us a dirty look and proceeded to walk away.

I have some a-hole next door people like that. I'm minding my own business coming home from work driving down my street to my house in first gear at less then 4k then park the car. I get out and see two of my next door idiots walking towards me. I didn't think anything of it and kept walking to my door when one shouted (as calling me) so I waited for him to get to where I was. The other had went inside his house. He then started to tell me that I need to slow down before I kill a child and that his friend had the misfortune of knowing what it felt like. During this time I just keep saying ok... ok... ok... He then says he has a cool car too that he just got "it isn't a hot rod but it's ok." We both look over to his dodge suv pos in my opinion and I turn to him trying to keep a straight face and say ok... Well he finally shuts up and leaves... I go inside and feel very insulted... I work many hours a week and I am usually only driving in my street during late night or very early morning (before sunlight). What a child would be doing awake during those hours and outside is beyond me. Also considering there are no children living on the block except for my little brother and his son (that has no friends because he is a mean little child). So taking into account that I was not "racing" down the street to begin with and did nothing wrong I felt very mad about the whole thing. I guess some people will always have some sort of problem (mental that is)...

btw, have your friend drive down the street without a exhaust and rev up the engine while they are sleeping... I'm thinking about doing it... I think a electric cut out would be the thing to do... open it then rev really loud then close it... This on a stock exhaust would be great.

Once though one of my friend's 3000GT borke and something fell off on his exhaust and it honestly sounded like it was runnung open headers. Of course we had to make a few passes through the neighbor hood to make our presence be known.

Just so I'm understanding you correct...

You're causing a "ruckus" (your words) and doing burnouts in front of people's homes and they're the ones being jerks?

If kids were doing burnouts infront of my house, I'd call the cops too...

A little respect might be a good idea

They do call the cops and I fell that since they have made my life a living hell, I feel that I should treat them the way that they treat me. Remember first grade "Treat others the way they treat you"
