Just an idea; You're totally in the right to be saying that you want a partner, not a ball and chain. But part of equal partnership is respect, and while it might just be the anger coming out, calling women bitches and whores doesn't sound like the kind of equal consideration that you're saying you want (and should have)

Just have it turned off and then get the electricity turned back on in your name and you should be good to go. And since you saved some cash from not paying that bill you should go buy some new locks.

Just saying to make sure you get the point across so you don't end up taking her back. Then you will be the welcome mat and she would probably do it again in the future. It is better to cut ties and start fresh.

And the best thing to do to get back at her is to succeed and do well in life so when you run into her again in the future she realizes what she missed out on.

Just saying because when I was dumped by a ex I got a better job, got in school, and my S2000. I ended up running into her again and she liked what she saw and texted me later saying that she misses how I made her smile and wanted me back. The greatest feeling I ever felt was when I texted her saying these exact words. "You know how you say I make you smile? Well I found that girl that makes me smile." And now I have a beautiful fiancée, a nice car and am currently in school trying for my RN degree.

Sometimes something bad like this will help motivate you to better yourself and possibly meet someone better. Sorry I know it was a long message but if it was not working out now then it is better that it happened sooner then later.
