Default _=90 Days=_ -Week 1-

Well today starts it off here is what my week work out looks like.

Monday, Wed and Fri: Run 1 mile in the morning. Power walk late after noon and Martial Arts at night.
Tues, Thurs and Sun: Active rest, Power walk 3x each day.
Sat: Sparing Class (Martial arts)

Sat is also my day off from the diet. Each day I am taking in around 1800 Cal.

I just took some advil because I am sore as a mofo! Tomorrow should be fun!

Thanks for all of the support guys, you are all going to make me reaching my goal a reality.

Wow that calorie crash is unhealthy. I'm assuming you were taking in about 3000 calories or more a day. I am 170lbs and trying to lose weight and i take in 2000 calories minimum.

All that running and such little food, are you trying to just be a skinnier fat guy? Maybe adding resistance training will also help.

How much to eat is important, but what to eat and when to eat it and why you ate it is even more important.

Not trying to be an ass, just trying to be helpful based on my knowledge and experience.

Well the calories will balance out a little with Sat. It wont crash as hard as you think. The food in take in more white protine and a lot less carbs. Ohh yeah and a butt load of water Thank you for your input.
The resistence work outs will come from push ups and different types of ab work outs.

Change the caloric intake or you won't make it past day 5.
