Default abercrombie

havent written or responded on my last few post since my "new girl" found out my password and saw some of the things in here

back to topic; i wear different clothes and as i noticed a lot of my "X" girlfriends always got me stuff from abercrombie store . growing up from laurel MD PG county i dont normally wear those clothes but hey i really dont care as long as it looks good.

then i saw this video

http://youtube.com/watch?v=w3-WzqfbVHU&feature=related

my girl loves it when i wear it, and i think it looks ok.

i just think its hilarious since when i went to that store most if not all the employees where white.

thoughts and comments.

ive never purchased anything from abercrombie...i think some of the stuff looks ok...i just prefer other brands better. when i spend lots of money on clothes, i want them to look nice. if i want something that looks beat up and "vintage" i can find a close enough copy at american eagle or something to that effect that costs a bit less.

video was very funny though, thanks

50+ dollars for a T-shirt?

100+ dollars for a pair of 50 cent jeans that are beaten to crap in a giant machine to make them look vintage?

Psh, no thanks.

I remember when Abercrombie and Fitch was one of the premier outdoor outfitters, selling useful stuff for living outdoors and camping, not a clothing store for young people.

Different seasons, the employees are asked to wear certain colors and styles.

I think he meant white in the context of race. You didn't hear about the big fuss a few years back claiming A&F only hires white peeps?

YOU BUY AS NICE OF CLOTHES AS YOU CAN AFFORD. If she doesn't like it, introduce her to the curb.

You've got car payments (or future car payments), rent (or mortgage or saving for a house), groceries, school (yours or your kids), an IRA, insurance, booze, etc. not to mention the crap YOU want.

FFS. If she wants a man she can dress, send her to Toys R Us and tell her to find a Ken doll. Your sanity and self-esteem are little more important than the $50 shirt she wants to buy you.

lol... good point... he said where (I took it as wear, you took it as were) and yours makes a lot more sense...

Yeah, A&F got sued for $60 million I think it was. So, they ended up changing the title the people that work on the floor from "Brand Reps" to "Models" ...that way they can't be sued for it...

Anyways, I think I'm going to go apply to be a waiter at Hooters and then sue them when they don't hire me, it should be an easy way to make some cash...
