I think it depends on just how drunk she was. It could be anything between she has a crush on you and has been too shy to let you know to she didn't have a clue what she was doing.
Best course of action is to see how she acts next time you see/speak with her. Don't be afraid to approach her either... yeah it is scary and you may be rejected.... but if that happens, just keep your chin up and realize that it is more reflective of her than of you.

The truth always comes out when someone is drunk and being drunk is no excuse for the action. So if she comes back and says that it was just a drunk thing... that's bullsh*t... surprise her back and put your hand in the bush...
