i am wondering how bad would a "W" (withdraw) looks on a grad student transcript? i know its bad, but would it be as bad as a "C"?

 

i think that would all depend on what your GPA is.......low GPA ......bad........high
GPA......not so bad. But it does show that your not willing to try and deal with a situation that you dont like. Some companys are gonna want to know why you
withdrew from the class.......my 2 cents
