From: Where there's lots of snow...
I have a primary AD up and running in my East Office. It was promoted from a NT 4.0 PDC to AD and running on mix-mode. Everything went smoothly on that migration, however I am now setting up a second AD in the West Office. When I do a dcpromo, it gets all the way to the end then it displays this message "Failed to find a suitable domain controller for the domain uwmsp.org". There is a T1 line connecting the two office with two Cisco 4000 routers, all ports are open since it's sitting inside the firewall anyway. SNTP is setup for the Time Service, so both servers are in sync with the atomic time. The subnet is correct...
I am able to ping the servers from either one. I am able to do a net use on either servers.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Did you try to set up a Trust between the servers? It's been about a year since I had to do this networking stuff. You're in good hands if you goto www.experts-exchange.com and ask there. You can put referred by thunderchicken if you sign up.
They can help you there if I can't
