And I thought my insurance was high!
On average, how much does a ticket raise your insruance by? I wouldnt know since my parents still pay for insurance, but once my S rolls in, I will have to stat paying.
It will be worth it though!
i have no idea... but i know even before i got my tickets, my insurance on my integra was about $100/month. so add to that the two tickets and the fact that the s2000 is a bit more expensive to insure. oh, and i've found that having an at fault accident seems to raise your insurance more than moving violations (but don't quote me on that... just an observation.) don't know if you have any on your record...
also, i'm no expert, but i'm pretty sure that anything is going to be more expensive if you personally are insuring it alone vs. your dad insuring the vehicle and having you on the policy. plus, you probably don't have as good / established credit as your dad and that's a factor in determining how much it will be to insure you. (at least it is in oregon...)

Don't be an idiot in the car and you won't have to worry about speeding tickets / at fault accidents
