im an IR major, which is probably as far from anything business related and can tell you that when it comes to a business, people always want the business to be "personable" to the customer.
ive always wanted to give amsoil a shot and after seeing this thread, will be ordering a case in a few minutes.

i think it's really like 'do what the customer wants'
