Ann Coulter- WTF is her deal?
I am sick of people saying Bush stole the election. A bunch of brain dead people that can't punch a ballot was the biggest problem. And after the election, an independednt news agency counted every ballot allowed and disallowed, and guess what- Bush won! So drop the lame excuse that the election was stolen. It never happened.
PS- Lee you have kept your cool. Hat's off to you.

Bush's Florida campaign manager Republican Secretary of State Kathleen Harris and Governor Jeb Bush illegally removed 57,700 voters from the polls. It is estimated that 90% of them were Democratic.

I just did a search on the Florida election. There are charges and accusations flying in all directions. I doubt your (linked) story is true, and you doubt mine. Ok, an impasse.
But would you really prefer Al Gore in the White House? Really?

The linked story is from CBS - Are they not to be trusted?
Yes, I would rather Gore was in office. He himself has no backbone, but Bush, IMHO is a complete moron and he and his cabinet make decisions that mostly benefit themselves and their wealthy friends. Luckily the president is no more than a cheerleader, but I'm sure Gore's cabinet members would have done a better, more balanced job than Bush's have so far.

The public court documents....for the ones interested. But it is imperative to know the laws before one were to opine.

"I have to first ask where you got these quotes from. Were they with the commentary or had you added them yourself?"
The quotes in " " are right from her mouth, I didn't add anything to them.
- The " " is self explanatory..... my question was on:
"Ann probably just hated Diana because she was a caring "liberal" or something, she advocates hatred of Bill Clinton too! Look:"
and
"Its not just other people Ann seems to have no respect for, this particularly appalling quote suggests to me that she has no repect for our world either:"
- Your input or entirely copied and pasted from a site. And if so, what site? Just curious.....
"This is no time to be precious about locating the exact individuals directly involved in this particular terrorist attack. Those responsible include anyone anywhere in the world who smiled in response to the annihilation of patriots like Barbara Olson
- Lee, I would suggest doing a search on what Barbara Olson had said in her speeches 4 months ago.
"Although Clinton was hiding a more conservative nature, he was still the best Republican president we ever had."
- The decrease in military funding and the raising of taxes is not part of the Republican ideology, although one Republican Presidents, ie: Bush Sr., has in the past. If you could, please elaborate on that comment.
"Her ideologies are that Americans are more valuable than human beings that live in other countries, and that suffering of others is worth improving our own quality of life."
- Where the hell did you get that notion from? PLEASE explain.
"Airports scrupulously apply the same laughably ineffective airport harassment to Suzy Chapstick as to Muslim hijackers. It is preposterous to assume every passenger is a potential crazed homicidal maniac. We know who the homicidal maniacs are. They are the ones cheering and dancing right now. "
- I have a few friends who are police officers. When it's reported that the individual they are searching for is 5' 9, large build, with African American features, they don't pull over 4 foot tall little old Korean grandmothers for questioning. That was her point. They know what profile the terrorist predominantly have in common.
I would have to agree that using "personal attacks" as a form of retort not be used to "enhance" your argument.

Gore is an idiot. If he had his way we would all be living in caves and riding horses. Also, in case you haven't noticed, democrats and others on the left end of the spectrum are responsible for every foreign policy failure since the end of World War II. Gore and his hippie cabinet would have half-assed the current international situation and further weakened U.S. influence throughout the world. Clinton did all he could (whether directly or indirectly) to neuter the United States as a world military power.
Furhtermore, what is wrong with rich people? Why shouldn't tax cuts benefit the rich? The rich (upper 10% of U.S. households) shoulder 70% of the tax burden. When the rich have more usable/disposable income they spend more, invest more, and create more jobs.
What he said!
Also, NO CBS is not to be trusted.
Remember the old saying, believe half of what you see, and none of what you hear, or maybe half of what you see, and none of what you read. The media is all slanted one way or the other.
Gore wanted to be president since he was in high school and was willing to do anything to get there. That scares me. Almost as much as Clinton.
