Yes, definitely look for a specialist. I hope it gets better soon.

What kind of treatment are you receiving, besides pain meds?

Ask your Doctor about oral diphenhydramine hydrochloride and alternating local applications of heat and ice. This has been effective for "necrotic" type spider bite wounds. Don't screw around, this kind of thing can be very serious if not treated properly.

I can't open your pic. Does it look like these?

This is the range of the Recluse family of spiders.
I live at Ground zero-Missouri

This is a pic of a less known spider that has the same bite as a Brown Recluse. It's called a "Hobo spider" or aggressive house spider. It lives mainly in Northwestern states.

I took a pic today, I'll post it. I've been trying to take 4 baths a day, every 5 hours or so to keep it clean as advised by the doctor. Pain meds were only given to me at the ER. Since my company hasn't been paying me they canceled my health ins.

My wife had a gnat bite which looked the same as that. She had time off work and was under doctors treatment for it.
The scar will never heal

The yellowish are is dead skin, it's about to fall off and the hole will be much bigger. Is this good or bad?
