a gnat bite got that bad? Dude, what kind of gnat was that? I'm sure I've been bitten by a few gnats, but nothing noticeable... unless there is something I don't know about gnats.

OMGoodness--That looks awful...I hope it heals quick. Ask if you can put vitamin E oil on it after the hole scabs so the scar won't be too bad. I can't imagine the pain you are going thru. Is it on your leg?
