Man, I have a neighbor like that only worse. I've literally been tempted to kill him on numerous occasions. I got so pissed at him recently, he called the police. It started when he came around to all the neighbor's to collect money for tree trimming so he could dig a swimming pool. After the work started, Mrs. Raptor came to me one day and said "Do swimming pools have doors?" I confronted him and the lying son of a b*tch admitted he was building a two-story house that would block our beautiful view of the Verdugo Mountains forever. I'll continue to rant about this assh*le some other time.
