the CA state law says if i get 4 points in a year, my license will get suspended.

So is the year through months January to December? or it starts from the day i get my license?(October)

 

It should be the regular calendar year (January to December).

 

Usually, it's a rolling 12 months, based on date of infraction, not date of conviction.

If this is some special "new driver" thing, I'm pretty sure it's the first 12 months you actually have your license.

do u guys think the judge will put my license on supervision or probation if i beg him? that is if i get another ticket, my license would be suspend for 2 yrs instead of 1? cuz i really need to drive to go to school. without my license, i mite end up dropping out of college for a year.
