Any close calls with the rain?

Thanks man, I have a back up 91 Maxima for winter or heavy snow. Winters are never that bad though here in the NW. It was just a freak winter I'm guessing...Yeh during that whole time I never took my RWD 300zx TT 450HP just not safe lol.

I was driving back to Philly from north Jersey on Fri. Driving down the Jersey Tpke at about 70 mph when I noticed the first drops hit the windshield. I was surprised when nothing inside the car was getting wet. Then traffic slowed down to about 45 and I got pretty wet. I had to pull over under an overpass and put the top up. . . with all passerby'ers looking at me with big smiles.

I've been driving ragtops top down in the rain for over 30 years. If the rain is heavy or blowing hard from the side the top goes up, otherwise as long as the car's moving you'll generally stay dry.

Yeah, unfortunately for me it was raining to hard that even at 87 MPH my interior got wet, lol, it was bouncing off the ground it was raining that hard...

Monster TTZ.

My claim got denied because there was a minor collision 'Reported'. I probably could've had dent wizard pull the dent out because the surface of the paint wasn't cracked or anything.

The real impact hit when my lug nuts fell off on the freeway and hit a gaurd rail on the same side reported by the police report. I sat down with progressive claims and they did the recording to detect fraud and what not, and he recorded my statements three times, same questions. He was basically in denial of the situation.

To cut a long F...^ story short, I released Progessive from all liability dropped the policy and payed the note. Legal proceedings are waste when attorney's fees aren't free. F... it
