Any good Brain- Teasers?
I'm always up for a challenge.
Here's one:
Three men decide to get a hotel room. They walk into one and the front desk charges them $30. They split it evenly and dish out $10 each and goes to their room. The front desk then realize that they made a mistake and gives the bell boy five $1 bills to return to the three gentlemen. While going up to the room to return the money, he pockets $2. The bell boy then gives the three guys back $3 ( since he pockets $2 ). Which means that each guy got $1 back. Now- since they each got a $1 back, they had paid $9, instead of $10. $9x3=$27 plus the $2 that the bell boy pocket = $29. Where's the missing $1?

1.-Solved by DJ Cube-There's a cabin in the woods that's burning. Inside there are 2 men strapped to chairs. How did the men die?
2.-Solved by Luder94-The two sons of an Arab sheik were each overwhelmingly proud of their own horse. When the sheik died he left instructions that they have a race and the one whose horse loses the race would inherit his fortune. They started to race at full speed but gradually slowed down and stopped, not knowing what to do. A passing traveller heard their story and advised them whereupon they jumped on the horses and raced as fast as they could to the finish line. What was the advice?
3.-Solved by DJ Cube-There's a room with nothing in it but water and broken glass on the floor with Jack and Jill dead on the floor? Why did they die?
There is nothign else in the room.
4.-Solved by Luder94-A cop was walking past a restaurant when he heard someone scream - "No John, not the gun!" He ran inside and and saw a doctor, a lawyer, a milkman, and a dead body on the floor. He promptly walked over to the milkman and arrested him. He didn't witness the shooting and there was no apparent evidence to prove who shot the person and no one told him who the killer was. How did the policeman instantly know it was the milkman?
5.-Solved by Luder94-Think of words ending in -GRY. Angry and hungry are two of them. There are only three words in the English language. What is the third word? The word is something that everyone uses every day.
