Default Any international callers in here?

Ok, this will be my last thread for a while. I promise.

For those who call internationally, what do you use? Where can I buy cheap phone cards or minutes without resorting to using the internet to make or take calls? Thanks!

Skype, Gizmo, and an Internet connection is always my best bet - you really can't beat VoIP for International calls. I will also use a US Long distance calling card (like ATT), but that's more expensive.

I use www.worldphonecard.com and get their own brand phone card. Not the cheapest but it is also the only one that is honest about minutes and no maintanence fees.

Most of those aforementioned are internet-based calling, yes?

My woman went on study abroad to Europe, and I used just plain ol' calling cards from 7-eleven. They worked great, and had a sh!t load of minutes for only 5bux I think I got like 600mins for each $5 card. the trick is you have to use it in bulk to get the true 600 mins. Like I called her a couple times and would get an answering service and just hang up. 45 second call tops right nope they took away 5mins worth of airtime from my card but if you really talk in bulk, like 30-45min conversations then it will really give you your time.
