any tips on how to deal with your employees/djs?
how to establish a good relationship with them? how to point out the "mole"? etc....?

 

Used to be one, then got the hell out of the clubs due to the constant drug raids.

Anywho....

Keep the employees happy...pissed off employees will clean you out in no time. Bartenders will easily shave off $1000 a night. Fire anyone you think is stealing.

Otherwise, hold them on a tight leash, but don't choke them.
