I always like to look (dreaming usually) for odd things, and....the mid 80's Pantera GT5S's sure look damn cool! I assume since they have Ford V8 power they could be fairly reliable.

Seems it costs about $55k+ for a decent used one with under 20k miles though.

I guess I will have to actually go work at some point if i want a different car.

who was Viper Brad? I only recall getting into a flaming battle with some guy in Tennessee who was trying to sell his S2000 for more than he paid, although he also claimed to have at least 8 other cars (something like...."got the titles in my hand")?

I used to have one when I was younger, My parents made me sell it because it was way to fast. I've regretted it ever since. Funny thing was I drove past one today and started dreaming about it. I think I'm gonna go looking for one soon.

funny thing...i was actually at a honda dealership today...stopped in to see if they had any 2002 brochures....and in the showroom...there was a yellow detomaso pantera for sale.....don't know how much or what year...didn't have anything on or in it....it was family honda in rancho santa margarita if anyone wants to know....
