Pharma sales is tough (but really what sales job isn't), but very rewarding if you do well.

I would consider much of what pharma sales reps do as being ambassadors of any certain product line. There's really no "selling" of the product. You have to rely heavily on the doctor's good word that he or she will prescribe the drug to the patient.
