you are quite right my friend....Canadian Forces designation CH-146 Griffon.

That is a FLIR pod on one side, NITESUN on the other, and an HF antenna on the tail boom for those special occasions

How about this one? Flew this sucker for 90 hrs....

yup, based on the PC-9

Its made by Ratheon out of Kansas, called the "Harvard II", used for NATO Flying Training in Canada (NFTC).

Yanks use it too as the T-6 Texan II. PT6 powered, 1200 SHP, 316 KTS VNE.

Very nice to fly, especially IF (certified GPS for nav and approaches)
