Damnit, I had an article ready to link but you can only view it once, then have to buy a subscription. You still may be able to see it (you don't have the cookies like me) if you google search for "Pom not-so-wonderful" it's the first link.

The article basically says that the lab experiments that say it does all these wonderful things were done on lab rats and no one knows if the effects will transfer to humans. It also says that the stuff costs $10.00 a liter (O.J. is 2.10 a liter) so all thier marketing is getting paid for by the buyers.

Me, I think its all hype, as I said you watch what you eat/drink and you will feel better. There are no magic cures out there.

Honestly, if you drink too much of it, it will make you constipated. It's great when you have the runs. All natural pepto.
