Based on magazine rankings, the top 10 are all elite colleges, like Yale, Harvard, Princeton, Duke, etc. The only college in Canada that I've heard of is McGill University, because one of my friends goes to school there.

If you want to get into a top school, lie on your essay, forge your recommendations, and pass yourself off as heir to a landowning aristocracy. This is your ticket to the gravy train.

I went to University of Calagary for a few years. I can't say much about the school, but the scenery was nice

Go Pepperdine Waves!!!

Actually, my school is ranked 49th in the nation, which is NOT that bad considering it's a tiny surfing school

The EMBA program here is ranked 12th in the nation, I figure that's close enough

Top 10? That depends on your definition.
If you ask the people, Top 10 would very likely be the school they like. My wife was so proud of her school, Rutgers, until she found out it's a 2nd tier national research university, and no one even knows the school outside of this area. But again, Rutgers would definitely be up there if you are talking about a school that is tough to get in. They just don't do very well with its students and atheletes.
My guardian, who used work for IBM (she work for Sun now) only hire EEs from top 6 schools, and unless you are in that field, you may not even care for these 6 schools.

I don't know which canadian university is good.
I only know of University of Toronto. One of my cousin in Toronto was accepted to that school and he decided to go down to University of Maryland (UMBC) instead. I was always under the impression that toronto was better and a lot cheaper.......... Maybe he just wanted to get away from his parents.
