i worked at carmax, ya you usually make 150 per car there, unless you sell a warranty, you also make commision on selling things like cd players, like ten bucks. if you dont sell anything for a pay period, two weeks, then they give you seven bucks or so hourly. but you pay it back when you sell something. You make twelve an hour during training for two weeks thought. overall, it was good, but sometimes u wont sell anything for awhile and then it sucks
