Default Anyone with any experience with furniture

Anyone here with any experience with furniture from IKEA, Rooms to GO, or have any suggestions on some low priced furniture? I would like something with kind of a modern look. I know more people with experience with the Rooms to GO but I really like thelook of some of the pieces on the IKEA website... I only worry about the durability of their furniture

What do you mean by "experience"?

Buying furniture? Starting a fire with it? Banging a chick on the coffee table?

I've had IKEA furniture since 1994 and it's holding up fine. I bought a platform bed and queen mattress back then, along with a six-drawer dresser. The stuff still looks new.

We also bought a few items for the baby's room last year, and if anything the quality is better. They also made it even easier to put together. Just make sure you have a cordless drill/screwdriver, otherwise you'll have blisters by the time you put it all together.

I've purchased some pieces from Design Within Reach. Its very modern but not cheap, however less expensive than most of the modern boutique furniture places.
