Civilization III just came out yesterday and I snapped one up. Forget any ideas of how badass you may have been in earlier games, this one is BALLS hard. VERY addictive. I find it far more addictive than GT3 ever was. Back to getting my ass kicked now.

 

No kidding!?!?! Yesterday??? Oh man, I hope my girlfirend understands that I'm gonna be pretty scarce over the next few weeks

BTW - the original Civ and Civ II have robbed more hours of my life than any other game out there.

 

i played it but once youve played starcraft, there is no equal, i doubt even WarCraft 3 will be as amazing as Starcraft, i am dying to wait for starcraft 2

 

Somebody ought to send this here Civilization thing to Afghanistan

 

oh man i'm going to have to pick it up...loved that game....ever since the orginal i was hooked....i like those type of games where you more or less play god.

 

I played Warcraft and Starcraft and they are like apples and oranges. Civilizations I-III are MUCH more in depth and difficult. Some games can take more than 40 hours (much more) to get through. Starcraft is fun but it is more of a action game than strategy.

 

I used to play the first one for days on end in college. Awesome series.
